What You Bring
• Engineering degree (or equivalent experience and exceptional technical mastery)
• 10+ years of experience in machining and advanced manufacturing environments
• Expertise in Lean, continuous improvement, process flow, and cycle time optimization
• Strong experience with Control Plans, FMEA, PFMEA, SPC, APQP & process validation
• Proven experience preparing procedures, work instructions, and technical reports
• Capable trainer, mentor, and change-leader across shop-floor and engineering teams
• Excellent communication, computer skills, and structured problem-solving ability
